I've tried a decent amount of cleaning companies.. inconsistent work, cutting corners, and weeks of delayed responses for basic inquires were why I kept searching for a company until I got so discouraged | just quit my search all together! Rosie did a deep clean on my house last week. It was the first time I had ever had my house cleaned professionally and I was very impressed. She was so meticulous and I couldn't be happier. We've had an awesome experience with Tidy a Chattanooga Cleaning Company. Bailey, the owner, has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She does a great job every time, is an excellent communicator, and truly bends over backwards to take care of us. We have two German Shepherds, so she's constantly battling dog hair, plus a toddler and a home that's very much lived in—and she handles it all without missing a beat. She's always punctual, professional, and takes real pride in her work. Bailey is AMAZING and you need her!! I have cleaned our Airbnb myself the past 2 years because I don't trust cleaning companies to clean as meticulous as I do. We have 5 stars on our listing and it felt like too much at stake trying to hire someone else in. However, I picked up another airbnb to host and just did not have the time to clean both of them.
